At BuyBlox, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
